Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients to a lump-free dough and cover and leave to rest for an hour or longer.
  2. The dough should be as thin as possible, possibly add a little more soy milk.
  3. Then bake wafer-thin crepes in a pan brushed with oil or with the crêpes maker.
  4. If the crêpes are to be filled heartily, leave out the vanilla sugar.
