Instructions

  1. Mix a few tablespoons of the vanilla rice milk with the custard powder and, if necessary, sugar. I don`t use any added sugar because the rice milk already has a natural sweetness. But that might not be sweet enough for one or the other. Bring the rest of the vanilla rice milk to the boil and mix with the mixed pudding powder. Bring it to the boil again.
  2. Put the frozen fruit in a bowl. Pour the hot pudding mixture over it and let it cool down. It`s quick because of the frozen fruit.
  3. I also like to eat it as breakfast instead of cereal.
