Instructions

  1. Simply put all the ingredients in a bowl or blender. Then mix until a slightly liquid mixture is formed. You shouldn`t be able to slip off a spoon too quickly (it is a matter of feeling, here if necessary help with oat drink or oat flakes to optimize the substance).
  2. Heat a pan, put about one tablespoon of olive oil in a pan for each new pancake.
  3. Pour a heaped dollop of batter into the center of the pan and stir to distribute it. The raw mass is very unstable, so care must be taken to fry it long enough to give it stability, first slide the turner under the outside and examine it.
  4. The first is likely to tear, practice makes perfect!
  5. Decorate with powdered sugar, pieces of banana or chocolate, depending on your preference, but they also taste very good without any additives.
  6. The pancakes are low in sugar, vegan and gluten free, so very healthy. If you want to reduce the sugar content even more, you can also use almond milk instead of the oat drink (here it is advisable to use one more banana to maintain the sweet taste). Chia seeds are not necessary, but they give a lot of energy!
