Cut the washed potatoes one at a time, creating a fan and place them on a baking sheet (be sure to put baking paper underneath).
Mix the olive oil (possibly together with the chilli oil) with the salt in a small cup and brush the potatoes generously with it. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 45 minutes (the baking time depends on the size of the potatoes).
I served the fan potatoes with fried garlic chips (sauté chopped garlic with rosemary in olive oil) and with black volcanic salt.
You can also serve a light cucumber salad with it.
