Instructions

  1. Pour the soy shredded soy sauce and 300 ml of the vegetable stock over the soy and let it soak for about 10 minutes until the shredded has completely absorbed the liquid.
  2. Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut into small pieces. Wash the peppers and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Meanwhile, peel the garlic and onion, cut into small pieces and sauté in the oil. Add the soy shredded and fry.
  4. When the Schnetzel has taken on a little color, deglaze with the remaining vegetable stock (400 ml), the chunky or pureed tomatoes and the tomato paste.
  5. Add the potatoes, carrots and peppers and then simmer covered for 30 minutes. Finally simmer for another 10 minutes without the lid to reduce the liquid.
  6. Season the farmer`s pot with the spices and serve sprinkled with a little parsley if necessary.
