Cut the onion and sauté in a little oil until translucent. Peel and dice the potatoes and add them. Pour water over so that the potatoes are well covered. Add the finely chopped and washed kale. Add the vegetable stock powder, curry and cinnamon. Let boil for 30 minutes. Then taste well.
