Brew the espresso, meanwhile heat the almond milk in a milk pot. Froth the milk, which is still lukewarm, well with a milk frother and let it heat up to the desired temperature. Pour the milk with the milk foam into a large glass and carefully add the espresso. Almond milk can be frothed just as easily as cow`s milk.
Variation: replace approx. 70 ml almond milk with hazelnut milk. Sweeten as needed.
Also possible with a shot of the optionally named liqueurs.
