Cut durian or jackfruit, preferably very ripe, into small pieces.
Then sauté in a pan heated to medium heat and mix with curry paste, paprika powder and caraway seeds. Stew a total of about 5 minutes.
Then add the lentils and mix well until the mixture has a creamy consistency. If it isn`t creamy enough, add a little water. Let simmer for another 5 - 10 minutes and serve hot.
