Instructions

  1. Wash the yellow lentils and cook in a saucepan with water, seasoned with a little broth, for approx. 10-15 minutes. Then drain the lentils and place in a large salad bowl.
  2. Wash and chop the bell pepper, spring onion and rocket. Cut off the cress. Mix all ingredients with the lentils and season with salt, pepper, vinegar and oil. Finally sprinkle the flaxseed meal and the chia seeds over the top and mix gently.
  3. The salad also fits as a side dish. B. to potato and zucchini buffers. It can also be eaten cold the next day.
