- Mix all ingredients in a microwave-safe mug until all lumps have dissolved. Wipe the edge of the dough, otherwise it will crust during baking.
- Place the cup in the microwave for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes at 700 watts. Warning, the cup is hot!
- Variants:
- Replace cocoa with 1 tablespoon coconut flakes, peanut butter, vegan chocolate cream, some soluble coffee powder.
- Replace soy milk with water and lemon juice and add some zest to the batter.
