Instructions

  1. Chop the onion very small (works best with a chopper) and fry it in a pan with a little oil. Clean the mushrooms and also chop them very finely and add them to the onions. When some liquid has formed from frying the mushrooms, add the soy cream and stir everything well.
  2. Then add the vegetable stock powder and the spices and season to taste. Finally, add the potato starch mixed in a little water while stirring to thicken the sauce a little.
  3. I recommend spaghetti or other pasta as a side dish.
