Put the flakes with the lupine meal and cinnamon in a bowl and cover with hot water. Let the oatmeal swell in the microwave at 450 watts for 3 minutes or on a low heat on the stove top. If necessary add hot water.
Meanwhile, cut the banana into small pieces and grate the apple. Stir both with the pumpkin into the flakes. Put the quince compote and soy yoghurt on top of the porridge and top with the apple sweetness.
