Instructions

  1. Mix the oat flakes, chia seeds, chopped dates and vanilla pulp with the coconut milk and cover in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. The next day, fill the peeled and mashed Sharon fruit on top and serve overnight oats sprinkled with the coconut chips.
