Mix the flour with the oat milk, salt and maple syrup.
Add baking powder and let steep for about 10 minutes.
In the meantime, cut the banana into very thin slices.
Put a small ladle of batter in the pan, this will make a small pancake. Spread the banana slices on the dough and pour a little more dough over them so that they are not exposed. Fry well on both sides.
In a conventionally large pan you can prepare 3 pancakes at the same time.
