Instructions

  1. Peel the onion, bell pepper and clove of garlic, dice finely and sauté in olive oil, do not brown. Add paprika pulp and sugar and toast briefly. Puree a small can of diced tomatoes with a blender, add and bring to the boil. Season with salt and pepper, a little rosemary, thyme and basil.
