Instructions

  1. Dice the onions, chop the garlic, chop the tomatoes and zucchini, chop the broccoli into small florets.
  2. Put the pasta in salted water and prepare according to the instructions.
  3. Heat some oil in a pan. Fry the onions and garlic briefly, then add the veggie mince. After a few minutes, pour the oat cream and tomato puree into the pan and stir well. Season the resulting sauce with salt, pepper and herbs. Finally add the broccoli and briefly simmer covered.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  5. Mix the pasta, zucchini and tomatoes in a baking dish. Then stir about a third of the pizza melt into the sauce and pour the resulting mixture into the baking dish. Mix well again so that the sauce and vegetables are evenly distributed over the pasta. Then sprinkle the remaining pizza melt over the casserole.
  6. Cover and let cook in the oven for about 20-30 minutes.
  7. Some processed cheese substitutes require some liquid to melt. If in doubt, drizzle the enamel with a little water if you notice that it is not liquefying properly.
