Instructions

  1. First, for the pizza dough, pour 200 g of flour into a bowl, crumble the yeast in a small hollow and add a pinch of sugar. Mix with 100 ml of lukewarm water, add a little salt and 2 tablespoons of oil. Mix in oregano (syrup) if you like. Knead the dough thoroughly, cover with a clean kitchen towel and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, wash and clean the pepper halves and cut into thin strips. Peel the onions, cut in half and cut into thin rings. Take the peppers out of the glass, remove the stalk and cut into slices. Remove olives from the jar and drain.
  3. Knead the pizza dough well again, roll out thinly and brush with the tomato sauce. Top with the vegetables.
  4. For the yeast melt, melt the margarine in a small saucepan, stir in 3 teaspoons of flour with a whisk, pour 150 ml of water into it. Add yeast flakes, 1 teaspoon of salt and a little mustard (be careful, the mustard should give flavor, but not dominate. About one teaspoon is enough). Bring to the boil while stirring, then drip over the pizza with a spoon.
  5. Sprinkle a little oregano over the pizza to taste.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees to the desired degree of browning.
  7. Very tasty: pour some fresh garlic oil over the hot pizza. Simply squeeze 2 cloves of garlic in a little oil, stir - done
  8. Of course, the pizza can also be topped with any other vegetable, depending on your taste.
