Instructions

  1. Mix margarine, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and 100 g sugar in a bowl to a creamy mixture. Add baking powder, sifted flour and lemon juice and mix into a batter. Mix the pudding powder into the applesauce and fold into the batter.
  2. Wash the plums, cut in half, stone them, mix with the rest of the sugar and place with the cut side facing down side by side in a greased springform pan with a diameter of 26 cm, sprinkled with flour.
