Instructions

  1. Put the flakes with the spices in a saucepan and allow to swell for 10 minutes with approx. 200 ml of hot water or the vegetable milk on a low level. Stir occasionally.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the banana into small pieces. Grate the apple and pear. When the flakes have a thick consistency, stir in the pumpkin and fold in the fruit.
  3. Pour the porridge into a bowl and top with soy yogurt, chocolate flakes and agave syrup.
