Instructions

  1. For the `sour cream preparation`, grind the cashew nuts and then whip them up with water, lemon juice, vinegar and 2 pinches of salt.
  2. Mash the potatoes. Peel and dice the onion.
  3. Add the `sour cream preparation`, onions and salt and pepper to the potatoes and season to taste. Garnish with chives or spring onions.
  4. Tastes good with bread, rolls or raw vegetables.
