Instructions

  1. Cut the red cabbage into strips that are not too large.
  2. Pour the oil into the pan and fry the red cabbage in it until the desired consistency is achieved.
  3. Add the coconut milk. Stir in the curry paste and bring to the boil. If you like, you can thicken the liquid with a sauce thickener. Season with a little sugar to taste.
