Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion and garlic, clean and chop the paprika and fry everything in olive oil. Dice tomatoes and fry them. Add the lentils and deglaze everything with water. Simmer for 10 minutes, then stir in the stock powder and puree.
  2. Season to taste with vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
