Instructions

  1. Put the rice with the water in the rice cooker.
  2. Cut the tofu and peppers into bite-sized pieces. Shortly before the end of the cooking time of the rice, sauté the peppers in the pan, then add the tofu and fry well. Take the pan off the heat and let it cool down a bit, then add the currywurst sauce and heat everything together on a low temperature.
  3. Put the rice in a plate and serve with the rest. Garnish with a little fresh basil if necessary.
  4. You can either make the sauce yourself according to a vegan recipe or use a ready-made sauce.
