Instructions

  1. Put some vegetable oil in a pan and heat it up. While the pan is getting hot, crumble the tofu in by hand (not too small pieces). Let the tofu fry a little until it is golden yellow. In the meantime, cut the bell pepper, mushrooms and onion into small pieces. Now season the tofu with turmeric, this gives it a nice, scrambled egg-like color. Add the vegetables and fry a little. Now season with salt and pepper and then mix in the frozen herbs (e.g. chives). Tastes great on toast! You can of course vary with the types of vegetables, depending on what you have at home. Instead of turmeric, you can also use curry powder.
