Instructions

  1. Wash, clean and cut the carrots into pieces. Stew in salted water until soft. In a small bowl, pour a large sip of hot water over the nori leaves and allow to swell.
  2. Put the carrots with nori, lemon juice and vinegar in a mixing bowl and puree finely. Put the beans in a blender and mix into a fine puree or coarsely, as desired. Add the spices with the beans to the carrot puree and mix well. Then stir in the breadcrumbs and locust bean gum. Let stand for 10 minutes so that the mass binds.
