Mix all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and add the water while stirring the mixer. If the dough is largely homogeneous, set the mixer to the highest level and knead the bread dough for 2 - 3 minutes. Let the dough rise in a warm place for an hour.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
Halve the dough and knead with a little flour and place in two Kaiser cake tins. Let the bread rise for another 15 minutes and then bake for 15 minutes. Then switch the oven to 180 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes. The bread is ready when it sounds hollow when you knock on it.
