Instructions

  1. Knead all the ingredients for the dough vigorously together until the resulting dough no longer sticks, but is also not too dry. Then let the dough rise in a covered bowl in a warm place for about half an hour.
  2. Press the garlic, cut the chilli pepper into rings and mix both with the olive oil, then set aside. Then defrost the spinach in the microwave.If you don`t have a microwave, you should take the spinach out of the freezer to defrost it before you prepare the dough. Squeeze the thawed spinach a little so that it doesn`t contain too much liquid.
  3. Cut the onion into quarter rings and fry in hot oil - you shouldn`t brown them. Add the spinach and the garlic-chili oil and heat everything briefly, season with salt, then remove from the heat and let cool down a little.
  4. Now bring the dough into the desired shape, I use a cake tin that has been brushed with a little olive oil beforehand. The dough should be about 1 cm thick.
  5. First distribute the tomato sauce on the rolled out dough. Then sprinkle the chilli flakes on the tomato sauce, then spread the spinach mixture on top and add a little salt if you like. Finally, distribute the fried onions on the pizza.
  6. The pizza is baked at 180 - 200 ° C for about 15 minutes, making sure that the fried onions don`t burn.
