Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the dough together and knead well. Roll out into a round shape and place in the baking pan. Press a small edge and let it bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, mix the silken tofu and cheese sauce with the spices - cut the leek and spring onions into fine slices and add - stir in. Season to taste and, if necessary, add seasoning.
  3. Quarter the pears, peel them and remove the casing - halve the peeled quarters again in terms of thickness.
  4. Now take the form with the pre-baked dough out of the oven - distribute the tofu-cheese-leek mixture on the dough and on top now distribute the pear slices and sprinkle them with smoked salt. The whole thing has to be put in the oven again at 175-180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
  5. Let stand briefly before cutting so that it becomes more solid.
  6. Cranberry jam tastes great with it - the acidity gives the whole thing a taste kick. You could also put the pears on top of the tofu mixture and bake with it.
  7. As a further variant, you can use 3-4 shallots instead of the spring onions and, for non-vegans, place smoked ham slices over the pears instead of the smoked salt.
