Mix the marinade ingredients and place in an airtight container. Cut the tempeh into thin slices and place in the container. Turn the container several times so that the marinade can spread out well. Put in the fridge for 1 night.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the tempeh slices on the baking sheet and bake for 7-10 minutes on each side. Finally, turn on the grill for another 3 minutes so that the slices become crispy. Be careful not to burn them.
