  1. Simply put a ripe banana, some of the vanilla milk and the protein powder in the blender and blend at the highest level for 30 seconds. Then add the rest of the milk and mix again for about 1 minute.
  2. I finally managed to create a shake in which the vegan protein powder doesn`t create a floury side, so that the shake finally tastes as delicious and creamy as with the whey powder.
