Chop the corn, chickpeas and garlic in a blender or with a hand blender, peel and roughly grate the carrots. Mix all ingredients and season with salt and pepper. If the dough is too moist, some breadcrumbs can be added.
Now shape small or large burgers as desired (not too thick). Then fry on both sides in a little oil for about 4 minutes until the burgers are golden brown.
Tastes great with mashed potatoes and salad or in a burger bun.
