Instructions

  1. Dice the onions, garlic and tomatoes. Cook the vegetables with the rice, water and a little salt in the microwave. With my 15 minutes of wholefood rice at 800 watts, that takes 20 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, chop the parsley.
  3. Then stir in the ajvar and serve sprinkled with the parsley.
