Put the coconut milk and the water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add all remaining ingredients. Now simmer with the lid on on the lowest setting for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
Tips: If you don`t like the taste of vanilla, you can just use starch. Flax seeds can be used instead of chia seeds, but they can also be left out entirely. The amount of sugar can be adjusted according to taste.
