Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease a springform pan, dia 26 cm.
  2. Divide all ingredients except for the cocoa into two bowls. So per bowl 200 g flour, 150 g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 80 ml oil, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 250 ml mineral water.
  3. First mix the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Add the cocoa powder to one of the two bowls.
  4. Then make a small depression in the middle and pour the vinegar, oil and water into it. Mix the ingredients carefully with a spoon, not a hand mixer, but only until everything is mixed.
  5. In the bowl without cocoa powder, add the vanilla flavoring as desired. Also add more flour to get the same consistency as in the bowl with the cocoa.
  6. Now put 2 tablespoons of the light dough in the middle of the springform pan, but do not spread! Put 2 tablespoons of the dark dough on the light dough. Repeat the process until all of the batter is used up. Do not smooth the dough.
  7. Put the pan in the oven and bake for about 50 minutes, depending on the oven. Check with a toothpick or something similar that the cake is ready.
