Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini and cut into slices. If necessary, just clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. They shouldn`t be washed. Cut the leek into rings, amount as required.
  2. Heat the coconut oil in a pan and fry the zucchini a little. Then add the mushrooms and fry them. Only then briefly steam the leek. Add the cream and spices, stir and then mix in the pizza melt.
  3. Finally mix in the fried onions. Note: Strict GAT-lers may omit the pizza melt and make the fried onions yourself if necessary. Then it would have to be completely basic.
