Cut the snow peas into bite-sized pieces and fry them briefly in a saucepan in a little oil.
Add tomatoes, corn and mushrooms (with liquid) and bring everything to a boil.
Now add fruity olive oil as needed. Then season to taste with balsamic vinegar, sugar beet syrup, sugar, salt and basil. Finally add the oat flakes and let everything simmer for a few minutes so that the oat flakes can swell.
