Instructions

  1. Wash the bell pepper and kohlrabi and cut into small cubes.
  2. Put half of the peppers, half of the kohlrabi, half of the quark and the nuts in a bowl and mix.
  3. Add the rest of the quark and arrange the rest of the bell pepper and kohlrabi on top of the quark.
  4. This super great breakfast calculated a total of just under 260 calories and around 28 g of protein (with Skyr Natur from Arla).
  5. In addition to the 4 main ingredients, you can also use e.g., Add berries or oatmeal.
