Instructions

  1. First cut the vegetables (carrots, peppers and courgettes) into small pieces and the spring onions into rings (approx. 0.5 - 1 cm wide).
  2. Bring the tomatoes to the simmer in a saucepan and add the carrots, cook them for about 5 minutes. Then add peppers and zucchini and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, grease the baking dish and cut the dumplings into pieces (approx. 2.5 x 1 cm).
  4. Season the vegetables with herbs, salt, pepper and tomato paste and stir in the spring onions. Alternate the vegetable sauce with the cut dumplings in two layers (finish with the sauce) in the baking dish and sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approx. 30 - 40 minutes.
