Wash the vegetables and press them whole through the food processor (cutting disk). Then put the vegetables in a pan and sear them until roasted aromas develop.
Add the bay leaves and garlic (pressed). Fry everything for 5 - 10 minutes. Then add the tomatoes and season with paprika powder, salt and pepper.
In the meantime, portion the pork fillet as you like and season with salt, pepper and coriander. Then fry in the grill pan for 2 minutes on each side.
Serve as a side dish with rice or white bread. If you like, you can also serve natural yogurt as a dip.
