Instructions

  1. Cook the rice with the tomatoes, lemon juice and water in a saucepan until cooked.
  2. Cut the vegetables into small pieces.
  3. Fry the minced meat vigorously for 3 minutes. Now add the vegetables and fry for another 3 minutes. Deglaze with the vegetable stock. After simmering for 5 minutes, stir in the sour cream and simmer for 7 minutes with the lid on. Now stir in the curry and add the rice. If necessary, add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve with a flatbread.
