Instructions

  1. First fry the bacon and onions in the saucepan, then add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. If necessary, add the garlic and chillies now.
  2. While the minced meat is being seared, you can clean the vegetables and mushrooms and add the carrots, peppers, and mushrooms in the order that they are, and let them stew briefly with the lid on.
  3. Deglaze with vegetable stock, crumble the sheep`s cheese over it and add the mug of sour cream. Simmer again with the lid on until the vegetables are cooked through but still have a bite to eat. Season to taste with the desired spices. When you`ve cooked with garlic and chillies, you hardly need any additional spices.
