Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and drain. Heat the oil in a pot. Fry the chopped garlic clove in it. Pour granulated stock and bring to a boil.
Add the carrot slices and broccoli florets, simmer for 7 minutes. Add the spring onion, lettuce strips and soup noodles and heat in them. Season with soy sauce and add chilli to taste.
