Mix the cream cheese with the garlic and mint and pour into two round containers of the same size. Place an olive in the middle of each. The longer you let this mixture stand, the more intense the aromas.
Now cut the bell pepper into wedges and the cucumber into slices. Then drape the vegetables into an owl shape as shown in the picture. It is best to first place the containers on the tray as a starting point, place the carrots on top and then cucumber, tomatoes and peppers. Finally, add 3 carrots each as feet. Cut about a quarter of a tomato and place it on the cucumber as a beak.
