First, the carrots and cucumber must be peeled. After that, the peppers and tomatoes are thoroughly washed off under warm water. Then all the vegetables are cut into medium-sized cubes. Press the two cloves of garlic through the garlic press.
Fry everything in a pan with oil. After approx. 5 minutes add the sour cream and paprika quark and simmer everything for 10 minutes over medium heat. Finally, season everything with salt and pepper and serve.
