Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Wash, clean and dice the vegetables (the carrots smaller than the zucchini).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and fry the carrots in it for about 6-7 minutes. Then add the zucchini cubes and fry for about 4-5 minutes. When the vegetables are ready, add the tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, sugar, basil and oregano.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 °.
  4. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in 1/3 of the sauce, then add the pasta and the rest of the sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan, put the mozzarella on top and grill in the oven until the cheese has melted.
