Instructions

  1. First the vegetables must be cooked until soft and the cheese grated. Then process the drained vegetables into a pulp in the food processor. Put in a bowl and stir in all the other ingredients until the mixture becomes more viscous.
  2. Finally, knead the cheese into it.
  3. Shape the mixture into balls and fry them brown with plenty of oil.
  4. Tastes great in the form of hamburgers (meat substitute), but also as potato pancakes!
  5. If you want, you can add some garlic.
