First bring the frozen vegetables to the boil together with the vegetable stock. Then add the millet and let it swell over medium heat with the lid closed. If necessary, coarsely chop larger pieces of vegetables and season them, depending on your taste.
Let the mixture cool down and mix in the eggs and breadcrumbs. Heat a pan with oil and form meatballs out of the dough and don`t sear them too hot, the patties will burn easily.
