Mix the flour with the salt and a little sugar. Put the milk in a saucepan. Crumble in the yeast and stir with your finger. Make sure that the milk does not get hot, because then the yeast will break down. Add the yeast milk to the flour and mix with a mixer. Then cover and let the dough rise in a warm place or on the lowest setting in the oven for at least 30 minutes.
In the meantime, wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Of course, you can also have other vegetables or some ham if you like.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven.
After 30 minutes, roll out the dough on a floured work surface and place on a greased tray. Brush with tomato sauce. Then distribute the vegetables on top. Cover everything well with cheese and season with herbs, pepper and salt to taste. Bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
