Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes, carrots, celery and parsley root and chill.
  2. Cut all ingredients cold into small cubes.
  3. If you like, you can also add 1 small can of green peas or 2-3 hard-boiled eggs. Finely chop the parsley and add to it.
  4. Season to taste with tartar sauce, yoghurt, mustard, salt, pepper and a little sugar. If too dry, add a little cucumber water.
  5. The salad tastes good on its own, but it also tastes too short-fried meat, sausages, fish or meat loaf (meat loaf).
