Cook the rice in the broth until cooked. Cut the bacon into cubes. Chop the onion into fine cubes. Core and dice the bell pepper. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Chop the parsley.
Heat the oil, fry the bacon and onion in it. Add paprika and mushrooms, fry everything for 2-3 minutes. Add the peas and corn and heat briefly. When the rice is cooked, mix with the vegetables and serve garnished with parsley.
